JOB PURPOSE AND REPORTING STRUCTURE: Licensed, experienced counseling professionals with flexible availability to work weekly during normal business hours for a minimum of 8 hours and to fill in as needed by our telephonic EAP Services Center. The ideal candidate will have experience providing EAP assessment and referral services in addition to counseling. This position will be used to augment permanent staff.

QUALIFICATIONS: State licensure is required. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Requires a master’s degree in the behavioral health field and three years of post master’s clinical experience in one or more of the following areas; EAP, mental health, counseling, case management and substance abuse.

JOB PURPOSE AND REPORTING STRUCTURE: The Network Operations Specialist cultivates positive relationships and long‐term retention of Network Providers by serving as a resource liaison connecting providers with multiple operational units as necessary throughout their relationship with FEI Behavioral Health. The Network Operations Specialist assists in maintaining positive business relationships with FEI Behavioral Health’s corporate customers by facilitating Provider support for their employees and families.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify, recruit and contract behavioral health providers. Negotiate rates and credential providers to fill the roles of EAP counselors, Clinical Specialists and Crisis Responders.  *Must maintain a 24/7/365 on-call status for back-up to Sr. Network Ops Specialist regarding critical incident support for corporate customers.*

QUALIFICATIONS: Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred. Two or more years of healthcare, insurance or related experience preferred. Must have strong Internet research skills, excellent customer service and follow-up skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
