Crisis Management Emergency Response Family Assistance
Training
FEI has developed a specialized
set of training modules to assist an airline in preparing its
employees to respond to an aviation accident. Training is conducted
by FEI Behavioral Health professionals with direct experience in
preparing for and responding to aviation disasters.
In
order to address issues unique to specific roles or components of
the disaster response, training can be segmented for the following
categories of airline personnel:
Moments
following an aviation disaster are the most critical for the
families of victims.
Family
notification is the key issue because it is the start of the
process and sets the tone for how families perceive they are treated
by the airline.
