Crisis Management - Notification/Family Information Center

A Crisis Communication Center, located in FEI headquarters, is equipped to function as the primary contact between the airline and survivors, survivor families and victim families.

  • Provide ongoing information and support to survivors, families of non-survivors and those families choosing not to travel to the accident site
