Crisis Management - Post Incident Services

FEI recognizes that an airline will continue to need support during the transition back to a non-emergency environment.

Requirements involved in this process include:

  • Daily group debriefings and a final exit interview for all airline personnel on-site

  • Internal process debriefings in which all aspects of the response are evaluated

  • Comprehensive after-action report

Post-accident follow-up provides the airline with valuable support services  to facilitate employee and organizational transition to a normal work environment.
