FEI will present at the upcoming Hispanic Professionals of Greater Milwaukee (HPGM) signature Conexiones networking event.

The HPGM Conexiones breakout sessions will take place on Thursday, Oct. 27, 2016, at Aurora Health Care’s corporate office, 750 W. Virginia St., Milwaukee, followed by networking and a social at Great Lakes Distillery. FEI’s Senior Account Manager, Randall Kratz, will be presenting in a panel presentation, “Wellness at Work: Why Companies & Employees Should Invest in Mental Health,” at 6 p.m. CST. The panel discussion will examine the unique mental health challenges faced by many of today’s working professionals.

Attendees will learn how to balance their own mental health needs with the demands of the workplace. Panelists will discuss innovations, resources and best practices that work to help shape corporate cultures by prioritizing mental health of employees.

Industry specialist, Dr. Maria Perez, psychologist & behavioral health development director for Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers will join Kratz in the panel discussion.

Kratz is a licensed clinical social worker and professional counselor in the state of Wisconsin. He has worked as both a counselor and a supervisor in outpatient and hospital settings for over 15 years. He has been a workplace consultant for over 20 years providing employers and employees with assistance for substance abuse, organizational change, stress & conflict management, and other organizational challenges affecting people. Randy is an experienced adult educator and has presented at many conferences and workshops throughout the Midwest. His presentation style and story-telling ability utilizes his vast experiences with people.
