Sharing tools for successfully managing communication and stress.

FEI will present sessions at two upcoming conferences: The 2018 National At-Risk Education Network Wisconsin Chapter (NARENWICH) Annual Conference and the 2018 Alliance for Strong Families and Communities (Alliance) Senior Leadership Conference.

The NARENWICH Conference runs Feb. 22-23 at the Kalahari Resort, Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. FEI Business Solutions Engineer Raquelle Solon will present “Is the Way You Communicate Affecting Behavior” on Feb. 22, 2018, at 10:45 a.m. CST. The session explores how individuals communicate, trauma-informed approaches to communication and the communication tools at-risk youth use to express themselves and meet their needs.

The Alliance Senior Leadership Conference runs Feb. 24-27 at the New Orleans Marriot, New Orleans, Louisiana. Solon also will present the workshop “Lessons in Leadership: Managing Work-Life Balance” on Feb. 25, 2018, at 1:30 p.m. CST, focusing on how leaders in the social sector can reduce stress by incorporating balance into their lives. Participants will learn what prevents individuals from achieving work-life balance, specific techniques for managing stress, strategies for self-care, and the risks and rewards for successful leadership.

In addition to presenting at both conferences, FEI will also be exhibiting at the NARENWICH Conference and will serve as an Alliance Conference sponsor.
