Raquelle Solon
Director, Organizational Development

Raquelle is FEI’s Director of Organizational Development. In this role, Raquelle partners with organizations to expand employee potential, increase productivity, and inspire growth. She guides the delivery of workplace violence prevention, leadership development, organizational development, and crisis management training. She also helps clients review current training and policies and procedures to identify gaps and implement solutions.

Prior to FEI, Raquelle held a variety of leadership roles in sales, retail leadership, and human resources. She successfully reduced attrition rates through revamping organizational onboarding and training processes from 30% to 12% during a six-months period. She was also responsible for increasing revenue nearly 20% and reducing expenses 15%. Raquelle has led teams from two to 150 people and enjoys developing emerging leaders.

Her customer consulting and service experience spans a variety of industries that include retail, higher education, healthcare, mental health, human services, general business, and manufacturing. She has presented interactive conference workshops and keynotes, taught train-the-trainer courses, and led engaging webinars. Raquelle is adept at customizing sessions to meet the needs of specific industries or audience groups.

Raquelle holds degrees in Business Management and Communications, and in Human Resources from Concordia University of Wisconsin.
