Vivian has been the principal architect in designing, developing and continuing to oversee a highly successful team of specialists focused on supporting the critical needs of individuals, families and communities during disasters. She is recognized as a subject matter expert in community and organizational emergency response and provides customized training for teams throughout the world. She holds a doctorate degree in clinical psychology and is a licensed psychologist in Wisconsin.
