Shared vision furthers mission to enhance workforce resiliency.

FEI announces its collaboration with Ken Dolan-Del Vecchio for the upcoming online radio talk show Work Life Confidential.

Work Life Confidential, hosted by Dolan-Del Vecchio, author and founder of GreenGate Leadership®, tackles vital personal and workplace issues that get very little mention because discussing them can be uncomfortable. These include suicide and other matters related to mental health, the power and privilege linked to gender, race, organizational level and other aspects of identity, and the importance of leaders recognizing and responding to warning signs for violence.

“The legendary Fred Rogers said, ‘If it’s mentionable, it’s manageable,’” explains Dolan-Del Vecchio. “We’ll prove the value in his words by inviting listeners to replace the usual silence on these matters with honest, informative and hopeful conversations that can launch positive
life changes.”

FEI experts in various areas, including leadership, stress and diversity, will join Dolan-Del Vecchio as guest speakers and discuss strategies for overcoming life’s challenges, both at home and in the workplace. In addition to sharing expertise, FEI also serves as the show’s premier sponsor.

FEI and Dolan-Del Vecchio have partnered for many years on programs to support businesses, employees and families including innovative employee assistance programs (EAP).

“Topics addressed within the show align with the very work we are trying to achieve at
FEI: Offering solutions to helping employees become their best selves,” said Ted Uczen, FEI President and CEO. “It is our hope that joining in conversations that strengthen well-being, enhance culture and empower safety will help build resilient individuals, organizations and, ultimately, communities.”

Work Life Confidential premieres on June 18, 2018 at 3 p.m. CST on VoiceAmerica Talk Radio Network and will air live weekly.
