Our EAP has been an excellent tool for managers to use in the identification and resolution of conditions that can have a negative impact on job performance and productivity. And, of course, the highly trained counselors have provided immediate, appropriate and focused on-site response to situations involving workplace violence or national emergencies. 

 
As an organization, we see so much potential in how we go about promoting this service. It really feels good to be able to speak to our staff about a comprehensive program that we offer to them free of charge.
