Everytime I am in need of EAP services, FEI is always there to help. Generally, when you need EAP assistance it is right now and FEI has always been prompt and available.
Our EAP has been an excellent tool for managers to use in the identification and resolution of conditions that can have a negative impact on job performance and productivity. And, of course, the highly trained counselors have provided immediate, appropriate and focused on-site response to situations involving workplace violence or national emergencies.
Having the EAP gives employees another layer of comfort that there is an entity to which they can turn for personal and work-related problems. It identifies us as a caring employer for offering this value-added benefit.
